Breast feeding if you had a breast reduction?

I had a breast reduction in march... ttc our 1st child now..  I would love to breast feed when the time comes.. doctor said it's a 50/50 chance.. and I won't know until the day comes.

I had an abscess removed from my left breast  when I was 15.   And  when I was pregnant I was basically told the same thing  my dr said it depends on if the milk ducts were compromised. But I wasn't able to produce much more than a quarter of an ounce from my right side while pumping and had to supplement with formula since I didn't produce enough, I was able to produce a little bit  for three months before it completly dried up.  There are foods, teas and capsules that help with milk production.  I used the fenugreek capsules and produced almost double than before using them and a good pump works wonders.
