Loss of appetite?

Has anyone else experienced a drastic loss of appetite 2 months post partum my baby will be 3 months the 23rd and I just don't ever feel hungry I eat maybe once or twice a day. Lately I'm starting to get headaches more often and just all around have no energy any help please!

Yessss. I almost think my issue is that I don't feel like I have time to eat when I'm hungry so I just end up forgetting to eat as stupid as that sounds. Or I'm too tired to make food. It I definitely eat like a quarter of what I used to lol

I have the exact opposite problem... I eat healthy but I'm hungry all the time!!!!

I was like that the first month post partum... lost all the baby weight and then some!

However I have gained 7lbs back and I feel so hungry all the time. Trying to get back on track now!

I wish that was the case for me.... I want to eat all the time and I used to not be a big eater...

Yes! As soon as I had my baby girl (she's 2 1/2mo now) I would go days without eating a full meal. Now I eat 1 or 2 meals a day and still barley drink anything. I assumed it was my body adjusting I'm glad I'm not the only one!
