Weird Situation!

Mealea
So I'm currently doing online school while being a stay at mom to a one and a half year old and 3 month old. I breastfeed my 3 month old and have this condition called DMER (Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex). Even though it only lasts a minute, breastfeeding her throughout the day really builds up.
Anyways, I usually do my schoolwork while I'm breastfeeding since it's the only time my one and half year old won't mess with me or my laptop lol. The thing is when I have the DMER episode (I don't know what you'd call it), I just feel so unmotivated to do any of my work and it just ruins my mood to learn.
I wish it's one of things you can just suck it up and get over but it has more of an affect on me than I would've liked. There are little pockets of time when I can do my schoolwork without having to feed her, but it's not enough time to get everything done before things are due; things are just get done quicker when multitasking.
Definitely need some advice/motivation. I don't know anyone in a similar situation lol.
