Yes. Pregnancy starts at your first day of your last period.

You cannot rely on a missed period alone to signify a pregnancy. Take 2 home tests and then you should test through your Local Health Dept or certified Pregnancy Testing Center. There are other things that can be going on in your body to cause a missed (or very late) period. Good luck!
