Tightening in my belly

Is anyone experiencing tightening in their belly? I feel like toward the end of the work day, specially stressful days. My belly feels really tight. But it doesn't neccassarly come and go like a Braxton Hicks contraction. It lasts for about an hour. Anyone else experience this?
