Clomid, anything I can do to help along the side?

I start clomid this cycle my first time I just found out I don't ovulate. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I've was TTC for 7 years with my ex and just over a year now with my hubby-to-be, read lots of tips over the years... Eg taking soy isoflavones along with Clomid can help prevent the drying effect Clomid can have on your CM, you can also use evening primrose oil for this... Use a cervical cup after he "makes his deposit" to keep the little guys at the opening, use pre-seed as a lube if you need or coconut oil (we're trying this at the mo).

I have PCOS with anovulatory cycles also. I've tried honey with bee pollen and propolis before and real egg whites (if TMI sorry) as well as some other things I can't remember but they didn't really have any effect. You can imagine after a collective 8 years of TTC I have tried a lot of stuff... Everyone's different so I try to put together a plan for myself.

Because I was on Clomid with my ex (and it made me ov), I also know when abouts it makes me fertile, a plus as opk's are generally unreliable with PCOS.

So, when AF turns up any day now, currently CD30, my plan will be:

CD3-7 Clomid
CD4-8 Soy Isoflavones
CD1-20 Black Cohosh
Daily Pregnancare
Daily Black Seed Oil
Daily Baby Aspirin
Daily Cod Liver and Evening Primrose Oil

BD concentrated around CD19-21, 20 being most likely best time for me.

Also, eat lots of oranges and leafy greens for the d-pinitol

I'm on my third cycle of clomid. I also started Metformin this month as well since I just found out I have pcos. I also temp, track my cm and bbt and we used preseed.

I just heard the pre seed lube, pomegranate all natural juice, prenatals with extra iron if needed.. I'm going to try all of this in the round
