Confused on Vitamin A consumption.
I'm a picky eater and I hate vegetables.
I have to watch my sodium too. Finding things to eat is hard and I just learned that too much vitamin A is not good for pregnancy but you can find it in a lot of foods.
I read you can find it in eggs but then they tell you eggs are great for you when you're pregnant. 😑
Your thoughts? Any advice? This is my first pregnancy and it's a highrisk.
