What should i do HELP?!

Should i have more intercourse this following week to try and make sure ive conceived? Or do you think im good? Just worried the app is maybe a week behind because my period isnt always regular. I did do a CM check yesterday and it was a white creamy lotion like feel. Which i guess that means infertile.... What should i do help. (Click on pic to see full view)
