So I missed my period so my boyfriend scheduled an appointment at a free women's clinic. He did his research and the clinic looked nice online. When we got there the people were really sweet. However when it came time to do the actual pregnancy test they had me pee in a cup and I thought they'd be sending it off to their lab. They didn't. They just did a stick pregnancy test with it. This is sketchy to me. Why didn't they just give me the test to do? I know some of them require a dropper but I could've done it myself if they'd given me one. And the woman, although incredibly sweet, preached God and religion and sin to us after educating us about abortion. I wouldn't say I felt pressured not to abort if I was pregnant but she did preach to us a lot and it made us a bit uncomfortable since we said neither of us were religious. Also the pregnancy test (which she did show us in person but I had no way of verifying it actually was mine) was negative which initially was great but then I realized that I never saw them do the test. I don't know I might just be paranoid and distrustful. But it seemed sketchy to me. Im taking an hpt tomorrow morning just as a backup and for peace of mind but idk. Am I paranoid?
