What were/are your symptoms at 4 weeks?

I'm exhausted! Mild headaches, very tender breasts, and generally kind of achy all over. I also have no appetite.

Sore boobs, tired, shortness of breathe those were my symptoms at week4 with my first pregnancy.

Cramps, tired but can't sleep through the night, thirsty, huge painful boobs, and out of breath constantly with the smallest physical activity (not sure if that is related or I'm just getting ridiculously out of shape??).

Sore boobs, head aches, light dull cramping on both sides from my Uterus stretching, indigenous, in creased CM, and vivid dreams 😂😊😏 just to name a few haha I'm a symptom spotter
