I took the liquid 3 times a day during my fertile window and conceived this month on my first time trying it. I also used fertility lube

I took Mucinex without DM 400mg three times a day (pill form) during my fertile period. Be sure to drink lots of water with it or your CM will be too dry! I did get EWCM for the first time! :)

You supposedly start to take it a day before your fertile window occurres and you can eather take the liquid or the pill,, you can get it at any drugstore. Under the cold n flu .. But only take half what is prescribed, since you are not sick and you're just using it to thin your CM..

It makes you produce more cervical mucous and makes it easier (because more and thinner) for Sperm to travel.
