Took the hospital tour tonight with my husband. Came home and started reading and talking about things together and I had a total meltdown already about being too scared to go through this. My fear of hospitals and needles has always been really bad, so even just reading about how the epidural and some other things work made me squirm and become upset. Any advice to help get through these next three months and the day of delivery without having panic attacks? :-/
