Rh- blood

Is there any risk in being rh- in the beginning of the pregnancy? I know u don't get the rhogam shot til like 28 weeks.. This is my second pregnancy (different fathers) and I don't know either of their blood types. I know our blood can't mix.. Would it if I were to spot or something??
