Sleep orgasm?! Strange happenings

Hi ladies... I am 12 dpo today and woke up this morning just as I was dreaming that I had a super intense orgasm! 
This has never happened to me before, and I wondered if anyone else got this and a bfp? Im wondering if it could be to do with extra hormones/blood flow down there?! I haven't tested yet, so don't know if pg or not...

Any help/comments appreciated!

I have those occasionally, they're the best. But they never have anything to do with pregnancy for me.

It's happened to me for years. Never been pregnant... It's kind of a far stretch if it is.
