Baby's first food help!! Chia pudding?

I'm looking to see how many moms chose Chia pudding made from breast milk and Chia seeds as their babies first food. Please no bashing. Just curious to see if anyone has. Please tell me your experience!

Then onto mash veggies and fruit purees

Want to know something cool? I'm studying to be a PA, and one of the things we've learned is that best best food for your baby is what you've pre-chewed for him. (As long as you're not a smoker or something). We have enzymes in our saliva that help pre-digest food, and introducing your baby to food chewed by you helps with the growth of his own immune system! Start with softer, "safe" foods, and work your way up. 😊

I'd choose something other than chia. My 13 month old still gets an upset tummy from chia. Not sure where you are but in the US chia generally isn't introduced in pre-made foods until the toddler stage. I'd start with fruit or veg. My son loved sweet potato.
