Implant?

Okay, so I definitely need to be on birth control because I'm sexually active and definitely don't want a baby yet! 
I've been thinking about getting the implant and I'd just like to know what people who have it/ have had it think about it.

I'm on my second year,  and my feelings toward this god-of-a-devil implant has been a rollercoaster. So here are my pros and construction and hope it helps on your decision making,  DO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR AGE WEIGHT AND HEIGHT DO MATTER ON THE BIRTH CONTROL YOURE THINKING OF GETTING:
PROS; I get my period about every 6 months,
I haven't gotten pregnant, I don't need the reminder of taking it in OR out or whatever the case may be, I'm good for the next 3 YEARS, no-one notices, aaaaand it's got a 99.7% chance (1 in 100 get pregnant, I think)  and it's the second best there is besides abstinence. 
CONS; major anxiety or depression (pick your poison),  MAJOR sex drive change (can go up or down [pick your poison]) , the thought of getting pregnant and miscarrying before I get the chance to find out, having doubts after your first year if you should get it again or not, changes in weight, appetite dropped majorly to the point where I was diagnosed with an eating disorder, hair falling due to the eating disorder (lack of vitamins and minerals).  Aaaaaaand the way it changed me.

In the end, it's all how well you know your body. I didn't when I got mine. Now I do.

I have the implant and its  been a month already and I've been spotting  for almost 3 weeks. I don't mind it so much. And I'm also more emotional, More mood swings 
But I'm dealing with it.

I've had mine for almost a year and I've only had one period.    There have been a few times were my bf and I have gotten a little to into it and have ended up with his cum in me and I haven't gotten pregnant.   I love it cuz I don't have to remember anything
