Hi guys,

Right now Im on the implanon (implant that's inserted in the inner arm) and I get my period about every 6 months for an entire month, my Bf and I don't use condoms and I know it's a 1 in 100 chance to get pregnant with the implant. My question and concern is that how would I know in case I do become pregnant ? I just have this (I guess you could call it) "maternal instinct " that I've become pregnant more than once during this year and I've miscarried due to the implant and it depresses me just thinking about a baby going because of my selfish acts. Is there anything anyone has to say? Please don't hesitate.
