Has anyone had Bleeding in their first trimester.

So I went to my first on appt on Thursday. My Dr said I'm 6wks Along. Did a pelvic exam and said that my uterus look ripe and nice. Did a ultrasound and said baby is in the right place. The next day I had a gush of bright pink blood enough came out that I felt it and it soiled my panties a Lil bit.I rested for the rest of the night and it stopped the next day which was Friday. Now its Sunday and I stuck my finger up in me a Lil to check and now have a tiny bit of dark blood mixed with discharge. Do you think this is normal or due to my pelvic exam. I want this baby so bad its scary....
