I feel silly for asking this, but it's been bothering me. My birthday is 2 days before Mother's day, so we end up sort of celebrating both at the same time or the same weekend. Usually my SO gets me both a bday card and mother's day card, but this year no mothers day card. We have a 2 yr. old, so all I really wanted was a finger painting or something, but nothing :( He did take me out to dinner and got me a nice bday present, so I feel silly for feeling sad, but I kinda am.

I guess I feel sad just because I always make a big deal out of fathers day for him
