The bottom says: jake couldn't consent either. So having a vagina is a mental disability?
So first off, do people agree with this? Why is the man usually the one to take the blame if both parties are drunk! Why should a women be able to claim rape on someone who is either just as guilty or innocent as she is? Neither consented, how can anyone tell who took advantage of who?
