Pregnancy signs?

I need some advice!!! I've had my mirena out 10 days ago and it lined up right with my period. I had it the week before I got it out. We had sex 3 times since then. Now I'm dizzy feel like I'm in fog, tired, get sick seem more hungry. Could it happen that quick??
