8 Days Late w/ BFN

Today marks day 8 since I was supposed to start. AF still hasn't shown up. I took a hpt 2 days and 6 days late and got a BFN both times. I'm normally not this late. If I am it is a day or two. Not sure what to think but it's so frustrating. Any idea what's going on?
