Healthy lifestyle

Alright ladies I need some advice on how to stay to eating healthy! I don't eat "bad" necessarily but I do eat sweets quite a bit! I can't kick that! I try but then seeing my husband eat it then I have to! Lol I'm not overweight but I want/NEED to stop eating so many sweets. I've done so good with a regular workout routine but the last few weeks I've been in a slump where I'll work out just a few days a week. But my weakness has been eating and have been so bloated and can't get rid of the bloat. Any tips/advice will be great!
