The last week I can decide if I'm actually sick or if it's just pregnancy. This is my first so u have no idea. Nausea went away but has come back. My head neck and back hurt very bad all the time and my temp fluctuates. It was 100.9 with a forehead thermometer the other day and 100.6 now. My nose is constantly stuffed or draining... am I just a pregnancy wimp or am I sick?
