Our little princess made an early arrival, by 4 days.

I was picking up my 5 year of from school at 3pm when I was having slight pains, by the time we returned home, I went to rest as the pain increased.

4pm came around and I contacted my midwife, she was about to take 3 days off and said she would stop by to check on me on her way home. She arrived here at 4:30pm to discover I was now 6cms dilated. We were advised to stay at home instead of going to the hospital due to the peak hour traffic and not wanting to deliver by the road.

She ran a bath for me and we went ahead with a home water birth.

My waters broke at 5:40pm and at 5:44pm, our little Miss. Indi Rose was born! :)
