Just another update. I'm ttc. My period is supposed to start tomorrow or the day after. I have had no period symptoms this month. Usually my biggest indicator is very very tender breasts, but they're not sore at all. However, I've just started having a strange pain in my right side. It doesn't feel like cramps at all, more of a dull pain that flares up and fades away in a few seconds. I've had similar experiences when I get a cyst, but the cysts only happen occasionally when I ovulate and it's waaay too late in my cycle to ovulate. What could it be?
