Natural birth mamas!
How many mamas on here are going to do a natural birth? I'm doing a natural birth at a birth center connected to a hospital with a level three NICU and I'm really trying to mentally prepare myself even though I'm only 11weeks. What are you guys doing to help you prepare? I'm a first time mom so I have NO idea what to expect at all.
