Ovulation test

These are ovulation test. The one with the rings is from yesterday and I thought for sure it was positive. But today's looks super dark also, maybe a tad darker than yesterday's(keep in mind that in the 2nd pic, yesterday's test is dry and faded.) Are they both positive or just today's?

EDITED to ask---- we have bd the past 2 nights, dh is sick so I doubt we can get it in tonight also. Will that hurt our chances significantly?
