Genital warts?

About two months ago I noticed a small wart like thing just below my vaginal opening, about the side of a grain of rice and quite rough.
I put it down to friction from sex, but over a few days I got a couple more so I went to my walk in centre, where the doctor was absolutely horrible.  She started by looking at the wrong thing (a skin tag in the crease of my leg) despite me pointing to the issue.  She then pulled a lot of faces and laughed saying it's not often she has to look at vaginas, which for me was embarrassing.  She finished up with "it's not genital warts but I don't know"  then sent me away.
I left thinking it must just be a little irritation, but these wart things are just multiplying so it has got to be genital warts.
I've read that they are caused by the HPV virus, but I have had the HPV vaccine witch supposedly protects against cervical cancer and genital warts...
I'm going to my GUM clinic this weekend but I'm just not sure where they could be from if I have had the vaccine?
