Wet? 31 weeks

Today I wore a leotard as I find them comfy but when I went to the toilet it was wet, I have underwear on under it but it wasn't soaking I would say about a table spoon, I'm not sure if it was just discharge or not but my discharge is normally thick and creamy not watery, no more liquid has come out but I have been getting sharp pains in the left of my stomach but don't know if that's just baby stretching, any suggestions? 31 weeks 2 days
