HELP!!! 6th or 7th day of positive opk or LH surge

So DH and I have been ttc for a year now. Found out I had high prolactin levels. I was put on meds about 2 months ago. Ifound out I was pregnant last month but it ended in a MC. I've been using the clear blue opk & charting my bbt. For the past 7 days I've been getting high fertility & I haven't gotten my peak as yet. I'm not sure if that's normal or what. But I remembered DH & I BD for 4 days straight the week before AF & I think I ovulated late & that's how I got pregnant. I'm hoping that's the case and our rainbow baby will come this month. Am I being silly for working about 7 days of high positive opk & haven't gotten a peak as yet.
