37+2 weeks. Have my weekly appointment tomorrow but just thought I'd get some opinions on some symptoms I've been having the last couple of days.

Monday into Tuesday I was super crampy with pelvic pain and pressure. Slept horribly last night with severe carpal tunnel and hip/pelvic pains. I've been able to brag that I've been sleeping great so having a rough nights sleep was not the norm. Then today I'm nauseous with some cramping. At my appointment last week I was still completely closed. Just curious if these funky symptoms are signs of progress or just in my head.
