My body has been weird lately

Lately I have been passing gas all day it seems and also have been going to the bathroom a lot more . Boobs feel sore on the sides and have been getting some acne and usually I have clear skin . Moody and very sensitive . Dull achey pain around area of right ovary .  Also have been feeling really nauseous in the morning and sometimes it lasts all day.Could these be pregnancy symptoms ?
