Need advice

Okay so according to my app I would be 3 weeks pregnant if I conceived this time based on my conception date (I know when I would of conceived lol no rude comments) my question is would a dollar store test pick up my hcg yet or should I wait another week? I was 4 weeks with my first when I found out and I used a dollar store test then too opinions welcome :)
