Nipple stimulation
Have anyone tried nipple stimulation (with hands and/or breast pump) and it help them go into labor?
I am 38+6 and my doula informed me to start naturally inducing labor. I just started vaginally inserting the EPO lastnight and nipple stimulation a few minutes ago. Right after the NS I noticed the contractions.
