Chlamydia false positive?

Question

My fiancé and I have been together for 4 years and have been extremely faithful with each other and still have had annual STD checks. 
I'm 4 1/2 months pregnant, got tested for STDs a month ago and the doctor just called and said I tested positive for chlamydia but we have both been clean for years. I asked if they could retest and another nurse said "absolutely not!" and that I should take the medication. 
Neither of us have shown symptoms of any kind whatsoever. 
Is it possible it's a false positive and her waiting a month to tell me..that the lab got results mixed up with someone else's? Please help.

Hmmmmm.... Not to doubt but I would get retested and if it's positive you and your partner need to have a serious talk. Got to a medical clinic some std testing are free.

I've heard of it coming back positive during pregnancy however I don't know why. Do a little research and for sure get tested again.

Go get retested somewhere else if you think that's what it is BUT having an STI is a good indicator of unfaithfulness

Got to a free clinic and get tested if your doctors office wont redo it for you. Just be prepared for the results if it comes back positive a second time.

I don't think it's even possibly to get a false positive. I would make an appt and get retested. Also not everyone gets symptoms. Don't wait too long because it may become serious.

I would just take the medicine just in case too you don't want to deliver while having chimichanga and pass it to your infant
