Panic attacks/out of breath
I have never had panic attacks before or shortness of breath at night and recently I seem to be experiencing both but only in the evenings. I attempt to keep my stress level down but it's kinda been hard being my hubby is 8,000 miles away and I have two crazy kids already lol. Has anyone been treated for high anxiety or have suggestions on getting myself back on track. I'm currently 19 weeks and would prefer not to continue feeling this way every other night.
