Help me to understand

I had my cycle for 26 days an it was near the time of ovulation. Had sex an it was great period back on my ovulation was only two days. Now I'm waiting for period in the next 12days from now. I try to keep track but hell I call it quits. An I'm diabetic an want a baby.
