Started out weighing 100. Started working out 3 months ago, weighed in today at 106.5 all muscle weight. 13.4 total fat on my body. The only thing I'm having problem doing is losing or toning up my "love handles" also I'm gunna brag for a minute 😬 I'm squatting 145, benching 120, and leg press is 200!!
