Low carb, low sugar diet and PCOS.
Hey everyone! I've started a low carb, low sugar diet and I'm down 12.2 pounds in 3 weeks. I feel great. I also had my first cycle of femara this time but AF just showed up today. I have PCOS and pretty irregular cycles and a history of diabetes in the family. What seemed to help those of you who TTC with PCOS and tried to lose weight? Thanks all!
