First IUI

I had my first IUI on Apr 29th! Did IUI for male factor reasons. I took clomid and did a trigger shot and have been anxious and hoping for the best. My dr also prescribed me progesterone, as I read is pretty common after an IUI. I've developed what I would call "preggo symptoms" like nausea, frequent urination, sore breasts and mood swings. My dr told me I could test the 13th of May, but because I was feeling symptoms I took a test today and got a BFN, today would be 13dpiui. Has anyone ever gotten a BFN then a few days later a BFP? Trying not to be disappointed!
