Has anyone gotten pregnant naturally while taking Dhea with Low Ovarian Reserve?

I have decreased ovarian reserve and increased fsh... Just diagnosised! My RE said that it does help, although it can give u "hair in unwanted places and acne" .... I was taking 25mg 3x day and after 2weeks noticed increased acne so backed down to 2 times a day and it is much better! And studies do show pregnancy!!
