Best soap for babies with eczema?

I was just told my 6 month old has eczema and everything I've read says he needs gentle soap in his bath. Any other mommies have kids with eczema that could tell me what they use? Thanks! 😊

Try looking online for sites that sell organic products. My mom makes baby soaps for us out of some of my pumped breast milk. They seem to work great.

We used aveeno for eczema after baths (every other day) and then we used eurcerin calming cream, or eczema therapy everyday. We still use these products and my daughter is now 6.

We use honest company. My som has mild eczema and i have it as well honest co never bothers us. We use free and clean detergent for him and no dryer sheet as well as hypoallegenic lotion.

Try going for unscented products, my husband has eczema all over his body and this is the only thing that has worked for him. I would definitely avoid things like Dove soap. Besides the bad ingredients they dry out the skin terribly. Babies and people with eczema need the most gentle, unscented products out there.

Aquaphor 2 in 1 baby shampoo and body wash is all my childrens dermatologist recommends. Love that stuff! When we switched to it we saw a huge difference.

I don't use soap very often bc it will dry out skin with eczema. Maybe once a week. I've been using eucerin eczema but I'm looking into trying tubby Todd all over cream. I've heard wonderful thing about their line. Good luck!
