Girls covered in tattoos, where can you work?

Question

Ok so first of I don't mean this to be disrespectful at all, I love the meaning of tattoos as milestones in life or just as art.  But I'm curious other than artists (hair dressers, models, tattoo artists, etc) what kind of jobs can you get where they allow excessive body art? I guess this goes for piercings branding and scarification as well, I love the look but maybe I just come from too much of a small town 😕 but working as a dental assistant I have to cover up any visible tattoos and have "natural colored" hair.  I am forever seeing these amazing beauties with electric blue hair and full sleeves and face and hand tattoos, and feel so left out like why not me?  So I'm just wondering anyone on here know where I can express myself and not have to cover up body art? Any ladies on here with sleeves or colored hair where do you girls work? Is it a big city thing where it's accepted?

Luckily, I'm a Doctor who owns my own practice. I know there are some older more traditional patients I have that notice my tattoos and probably don't appreciate them. But my work speaks for itself.

I live in a small city at a big hospital and you're allowed to show tattoos as long as they aren't nudity,racial,cuss words, or violent/ crazy stuff like that. 
A lot of women have their nose and lip piercings and the bosses don't seem to care as long as their small and tasteful

I'm 22 and have worked in Law firms since the age of 17. I have 40+ tattoos and not one, including two finger tattoos have ever got in the way of me getting a job. You have to know what you want to go for and while you may be more alternative you have to respect the industry you are working for to a degree. As much as I agree that tattoo's/body mods/hair colours etc shouldn't be discriminated against the harsh reality is that they still are. There is a stigma in the law world about how people view lawyers etc and as unfortunate as that is I have to respect that and respect that I represent a company first and foremost. It's nothing to wear long sleeves and tights/trousers etc :) x

My degrees/licensures will surpass all these jobs & most careers don't care what you look like as long as it isn't too extreme. It also depends on location. A teller at my local Wells Fargo actually has a facial dermal, but she's told me she isn't allowed unnatural hair color. The more the older generation no longer has power positions in companies, the more companies will start to allow it, because the younger generation coming in doesn't care-- AND its disabling a LOT of the incoming work force from being employed on the basis of something superficial

I'm a legal secretary/courtroom technician. I have 6 tattoos and counting. One is a half sleeve and two are on my chest. A lot of people don't know I have them. Sometimes they show a bit but if I'm in court, I make sure that I cover them 100% out of respect for the judge and other colleagues.

I work at GameStop and they love my tattoos! I'm not sure about the more professional world though.
