Low Sperm Motility

Just got my SO semen results and it shows he has a low sperm motility count of 28% (normal range is 30-50%). Has anyone used the Feriltaid for men vitamins? Do they work? Really don't want to IUI or IVF if we don't have to. We both are starting to get really discouraged! Please help! 😁😳😩😭
