Anyone else having bad cramps???!! I've been cramping like period cramps for days and I started spotting today! I'm so nervous something is wrong

I'm 7w2d and definitely been feeling strange pulling type cramps and backaches. I think it's normal, but it is unsettling at times.

I am 4 weeks and 1 day according to my dates but wondering if I'm further along than I think. Took a test Saturday and got an obvious line. Not really faint at all. 
I've had mild cramping too and lower back pain. I think it's quite common at this stage. Had no spotting though but that's also supposed to be quite common x

I've had minor cramps off and on. And last night after having sex I spotted brown a little. Nervous but I go in for blood work tomorrow. GL!

Yes! Cramps started last Monday. We found out Thursday we were expecting. Have still had minimal cramping today but it seems to be slowing down. Everything I read says it's completely normal.

I just found out Friday that we're expecting but I've had cramps for over a week. They calmed down today until I was working.

I've had cramping too and lower back aches, but I'm thinking mine is related to constipation. Have you paged your midwife/ob? It's may be normal...
