Day 10 IUI cycle

Went in for ultrasound today. Have 2 on my right, largest being 12, and 3 on my left, largest being 17. Dr said Letrozole isn't supposed to produce a great number of eggs, just more "quality."  Waiting for my bloodwork to see if we do our second IUI on Monday. Will have to do a trigger shot too. Any experience with Letrozole and trigger shots? I'm wondering if a second shot needs to be given or dorm thing tweaked since the first time didn't work. Hubby's count was 35k the first time.
