When was your baby able to find the pacifier?

My daughter is waking looking for the pacifier 5-10 times a night and I'm more tired than when she was nursing at night.. When was your baby able to find it at night on their own? My daughter is almost 5 months. I've tried taking the pacifier away but she is miserable without it!

I don't remember the round about age but I started putting her down with every passie we owned so the odds were she'd find at least one. I think it was 8ish I'd pile into her crib.

It's miserable. I felt like those days would never end. I want to say around 9-10 months 😬

I took my sons away for this reason at 6 months 😂 I was lucky that he didn't seem to bothered by it.
My friends baby has a pacifier and was able to start finding it herself around 5.5 months I think? She put mesh bumpers on the cot and puts about 6 pacifiers in there, that seemed to solve it for her
