Curious/confused... Thoughts?

This the first month TTC, got off the pill last month. Idk if I'm crazy but my nipples are crazy sensitive for like the past week, I've been having a little bit of pain/cramping. Last night/this morning had a bad bout of insomnia with a big fat side of indigestion nausea and acid reflux. Could I already be preggo? So quick?! AF isn't due till the 29th. Any advice?
