Honestly depends on what I do in a day and if I've switched between bras throughout the day or between days because of the color or if I need strapless. Sometimes it lasts a week,especially when I rotate Brad and sometimes a few days if I've been exercising/sweating more or haven't been rotating between the three I have. Regardless of how active I was, it does smell like boob sweat when I take it off at night. My trick is if that smell doesn't go away the morning after you take it off, it probably needs to be washed.
